We are currently undertaking a major upgrade to our valuation service which will mean that we can provide you with regular, bespoke portfolio reports as well. Our reporting services include valuations for shareholding, verification status update, monthly or quarterly account reports as well as specialized research reports.
Of course there is no substitute for meeting your Client Executive regularly, so we’ll stay in regular contact and are always available to answer any queries.

OUR CLIENT EXECUTIVES
Each of our clients is unique and this means their investment needs will vary. We have many clients who, for example, want to fund a comfortable retirement whilst others are investing to support their lifestyle today, but in every case the individual portfolios that we create for them reflect their own investment objectives.
In order to create such a personal portfolio, your Swaps Client Executive will spend time getting to know the details of your financial background and your plans for the future.
Also, being able to track your portfolio and stay up-to-date with your investments is very important. As a Swaps client you will be able to access the following services:

Portfolio valuations

You can request a valuation of your portfolio at any time which we can provide over the phone, by email or post. We charge £15 plus VAT per paper valuation for non-fee paying clients. You will automatically receive an annual valuation for your own records.
We will also issue a contract note each time a transaction takes place on your portfolio, unless you choose otherwise.

Online access

Through our secure website, you will be able to access your portfolio online. This means you can check your holdings and receive a daily valuation of your portfolio at any time.

Portfolio analysis

We have recently invested in software which will enable us to provide advisory and discretionary clients with bespoke portfolio analysis.

Statements and reports

For those of us who prefer to read about our investments on paper rather than on screen, we also provide a range of written statements and reports, including information required for annual tax returns.

Client review meetings

Your Client Executive can arrange to meet you at a time and place that is convenient to you on a regular basis. These meetings allow us to discuss your future requirements in detail and enable you to address any queries you have or changes you may want to make to your portfolio or service.

Portfolio administration

In addition to providing you with up-to-date information about your portfolio, we will also take care of any paperwork associated with changes to your account.
